The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions in the city, and right next to a major supermarket for added convenience. the host, Bev, provided a warm welcome and showed us everything we needed to know upon arrival. The flat itself was clean and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable lounge and bedroom, and a bathroom with both a bath and an electric shower. the extra touches such as the York DVDs and reading books added a nice homey feel to the place. While the property didn't have some luxury amenities like a garden area or head massage services, it more than made up for it with its unbeatable location and cozy atmosphere. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable accommodation option in York.
